How we handle your details

Join and contact forms

If you send a join request or a message, we store your name, email, phone (if you give one), and what you wrote in our club Firestore database. A copy is emailed to ballygolfclub@gmail.com and lee.tsiamis@gmail.com so the committee can reply. Reply-To is the address you entered.

Forms are protected with a honeypot, a short fill-time check, rate limits, and Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise. We keep hashed IP/email counters so we can slow spam. We do not use that data for advertising.

Photos

The join form asks whether we may use photos from golf days on this website and social channels. Untick that box if you would rather not appear. Tell the Secretary if you later want a photo taken down.

Scoring app

Official scores and handicaps live in the separate Bally Scoring app (golfscoring-89aa4). This website only shows public snapshots the committee publish. Signing in there is not the same as sending a form here.

What we do not collect here

There is no online billing. Club bank details are not on this site. We do not run a public members login on ballygolfclub.com — committee admin is Google sign-in on /admin only.

Ask us to delete something

Email the Secretary via the contact form or ballygolfclub@gmail.com if you want a form submission or a photo removed.
