Our constitution
Every social golf club needs a few rules so the golf, the committee and the beers after still work. This is ours — the constitution of Balgownie Hotel Social Golf Club (Bally HSGC).
It sets out membership (playing and social), how the committee is chosen and what it does, championships and Captain vs President, and how handicaps are handled. Join applications are approved by the committee, so sending a form is the start of the conversation — not an automatic yes.
