Wollongong GC – Words From the President

Another big field of 47 members tackled the Wollongong layout on 19 January. The course was set up for good scoring and this was reflected in the results. An impressive 21 members managed to play to their handicap or better.

Winner on the day was Ian Flood. Fields like this are why we keep turning up: a proper championship track ten minutes from the pub, and a barbecue waiting when the cards are in.
